# Fort Collins council Tuesday: BEAD grant signing, then priorities and budget check-in

Fort Collins City Council convenes twice on Tuesday, July 14 — a special meeting at 5:45 p.m. followed by a work session at 6 p.m.[^1].

The special meeting carries a single item: Resolution 2026-091, which would authorize the City Manager to sign the Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment (BEAD) grant agreement.

The signature is the step council's earlier action was waiting on.
